Perched on a small hill its is naturally blessed by the Tradewinds and offers an uninhibited view over the magnificent Coson – Bonita bay from one side and the green hills surrounding Las Terrenas and the future golf course from the other. Ideally located just a stones throw from beautiful Las Ballenas beach and only 1 km from town and amenities : boutiques, restaurants, discotheques…

Built on 3 levels this 400 mt² house has 5 bedrooms and an independent bungalow :
- The Master Suite is on the top floor. Spacious and airy, it open onto a large private terrace where the view will take your breath away. Nicely decorated, it has a walk-in wardrobe, large bathroom and king size bed.
- On the main floor the Junior Suite has 4 twin bunk beds and a terrace with living room for the delight of the kids. Next door, the Palm tree bedroom for the parents has 1 queen size bed and a private terrace. A spacious bathroom with double shower, hand basin and separate WC is shared between these rooms.
- The Cactus bedroom has a separate entrance, bathroom with shower and separate WC and a terrace with spectacular view of the sea.
- The main entrance to the house is on this same floor and leads into a large living room with LCD TV, DVD player and Bose HiFi system. Between the living room and the veranda you can prepare meals in the big open plan fully equipped kitchen while taking in the view of the ocean.
- The large covered vernada in exotic hardwood will welcome you while you dine or simply relax in one of the outdoor living rooms or laze about on the deck chairs by the fantastic negative edge pool.
- Below the pool, a small spare bedroom with a queen size bed, small bathroom and outside access is ideal for house personnel or a teenager.
- To the right of the property, a small natural staircase will lead you to the bungalow with its large living room, open plan bathroom and small veranda which without a doubt will seduce the more amourous among you.
Private access road leads to the restaurant and small supermarket, part of the residential complex, or to the beach where you can enjoy the activities offered by the small sailing club.
